Appointment – Live Scan – Service Is First

To schedule an appointment, follow the five step registration process:

Step 1 – Pick your availability with the first date your available, then the day(s) of the week your available, and then the time window your available.
Step 2 – Select the DOJ / FBI purpose associated with your live scan. They are split up between Employment, Volunteer, Certificate, or Other. Most people will use the General DOJ / FBI fee at $49.00. This fee is due and payable at the same time as the rolling fee.
Step 3 – Pick a date / time slot that works for you. If you need an after hours or weekend appointment, select “Skip” at this point.
Step 4 – Provide your contact information. You may enter notes for special handling or request for a specific weekend day or evening time needed.
Step 5 – Payment can be made at time of service via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash. No personal checks.
